Generate print-ready gang sheets with your own film

The same nesting engine as the order builder, but for your production: set your exact film width, the maximum sheet length and the DPI, then download PNGs ready for the RIP.

Sheet generator · Pro tool

How it works

  1. 1

    Set up your film

Width from 20 to 160 cm and sheet length from 50 to 500 cm. You're not locked to one size: it matches the equipment you actually have.

  2. 2

    Load the designs

With their size and copy count. You can fix a common width for the whole batch when you're printing the same piece in series.

  3. 3

It nests and shows the length

The same silhouette-based engine as the builder, with the total film length in sight so you know what you'll spend.

  4. 4

    Download the PNG

At 300 DPI for DTF, or 150 when that's enough and you want a file four times lighter.

Who it's for

Shops with their own film

Your width isn't anyone else's. Here you set it and the sheets come out to your size, not to a standard one.

Anyone laying out sheets in Photoshop

Placing fifty pieces by hand on a canvas is the slowest task of the day. This solves it in one click and packs the film better.

Sublimation production

150 DPI is enough and the file weighs four times less, so the RIP chews through it faster.

Anyone quoting by the meter

The sheet's total length is in sight before exporting: that's the number you quote from.

Questions about this feature

Does it work for sublimation, UV DTF or vinyl?

Yes. Nesting is the same for any technique that prints on a fixed-width roll; what changes is the width you configure and the DPI you pick on export.

Can I use my printer's exact width?

Yes, anything from 20 to 160 cm. You also set the maximum sheet length, between 50 and 500 cm, depending on your equipment or your cutting table.

How is this different from the order builder?

The builder is for a customer placing an order: it applies the rates and measurements of the shop they pick. The generator is for you: you configure your own film and download the PNG to print on your own equipment, with no order involved.

Do I need the Pro plan?

Yes, the generator is included with the Pro plan alongside the rest of the production tools.
