Build your gang sheet in the browser and see the price before you send it

Upload your designs, set the sizes, and automatic nesting arranges them to waste as little film as possible. The total updates as you load: you know the cost before sending anything, and without creating an account.

The order builder in action

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your designs

Drag in PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF or TIFF. The platform trims them to the actual artwork, so transparent background doesn't eat film.

  2. 2

    Set sizes and quantities

Each design gets its width in centimeters and how many copies you want. A quality warning tells you if the image falls short of 300 DPI at that size.

  3. 3

    Nesting does the work

In space mode the engine tries all four rotations of every piece and interlocks them by their real silhouette, not their bounding box: two irregular designs tuck into each other's gaps.

  4. 4

See the price and pick a shop

The total comes from the rates of the shop you choose, with its transfer discount and its installments. Only then do you send the order.

Who it's for

Small runs

Five prints for one delivery. Nesting packs them into the least film, so you don't pay for empty space.

Big batches

Fifty different designs on one sheet. Placing them by hand in an editor takes an afternoon; here it's drag and wait.

Resellers

You see the exact cost before quoting your own customer, not after sending the file.

Shops with their own queue

You receive the order already laid out and ready to print, with no need to rebuild the sheet yourself.

Questions about this feature

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs entirely in the browser, on desktop or phone. No software to install, and no Photoshop or Illustrator needed.

How much film does automatic nesting save?

It depends on the shapes: the engine tries both orientations of each piece and interlocks them by their real silhouette, so it gains more the more irregular your designs are. On a sheet of even rectangles the difference is small; with cut-out silhouettes it can be several centimeters of film per sheet.

Can I arrange the designs by hand?

Yes. There's a manual mode to drag and resize each piece, in case you want a specific order — grouping by garment color, or leaving extra margin for cutting.

What if my design is low resolution?

The builder warns you per design if the image falls short of 300 DPI at the size you set, before you send it to print. If quality is short, you can run it through the image editor.

Is the price I see the final one?

It's the rate of the shop you picked, with its bank-transfer discount and its installments. You arrange payment directly with the shop.
